Re: Planning application 3PL/2005/1875/CU
At a meeting of Litcham Parish Council on the 16th January 2006 the above application for change for use of land adjacent to Manor Farm House was considered. Although it has no objections to this application it wishes to make the following comments;
1) It appears that the plan submitted by Breckland Council differs from the deeds of Manor Farmhouse. The plan shows the plot extending to the flank wall of Manor Farmhouse however Mrs Bentley believes her boundary to run along the dotted line shown in the plan.
2) There is also concern that the loss of the right of the occupants of Manor Farmhouse to park their cars on this land will exacerbate the growing parking problem in Church St.
3) The Council is concerned about the possible loss of the
following rights of way;
a) Public right of way by foot from Manor Drive to Church
Street.
b) Vehicular right of way for the occupants of Manor Farm
House from Church St. to the rear of their property.
The council is aware that the council has laid certain restrictions
on the change of use that would preserve these rights of way in
perpetuity. and would be grateful for a written copy of these
restrictions for it's records.
