Before the meeting Tracey Baxter Breckland's Anti-social Behaviour
Officer will address the meeting to explain her role and how she
can help with the problem of anti-social behavior in Litcham.
1) To consider apologies and reasons for absence.

3) Minutes of Previous Meeting to be agreed and signed as
a true record of the meeting held on 18 July 2005 in the Jubilee
Hall Litcham
4) To Hear Reports: Progress on items from previous meetings
for information or reminders only. Items not on this agenda requiring
decisions will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
5) Dog Fouling to consider sites for posts and agree
contract for installation.
6) Village Appraisal to consider publication of
Village Appraisal.
7) Use of School Tennis Courts - to consider setting
up of Litcham Sports/Tennis Club.
8) Litcham Common
i) To consider request for donation towards
insurance and equipment costs.
ii) To considered Parish Council's position
on installation of cattle grids on Dunham Rd. to facilitate introduction
of grazing on Litcham Common.
9) Jubille Hall Trust to consider wording/amendments
to Jubilee Trust Deed and to propose Parish Council Trustees.
10) Planning : to consider planning application
3PL/2005/1605/EU; change of use of land behind Bramley, Weasenham
Rd.
11) Financial Business:
i) to receive the financial reconciliation
for the year to date (attached)
ii) To consider Budget for 2005-2006 and set
Precept Request.
