The meeting will be adjourned for a presentation by David Spencer of Breckland District Council on the "Local Development Framework" followed by Phil Daines (also of BDC) on the planning process with particular regard to the Council's concerns as to "potential anomalies in the planning process" as expressed at the last meeting on 21st February.

v) to Parish Clerk for literature purchased at above - £28.50
vi) of £25.00 to Chairman for NPTP's evening "Chairmanship" on April 13th.
vii) to NCAPTC £109.72 for subscription 2005/6
6) New Clerk: to consider new Parish Clerk's terms of employment and salary. ( proposal attached)
7) Training: to consider clerks request to attend Norfolk Parish Training Partnership's 3day training course. "Survival Kit & Accounts" - 11-25 May, cost £60.00
8) Planning: to consider planning application 3PL/2005/0299/F Re:Hanworth House Pound Lane; "Replacement of existing agricultural storage shed" (as distributed)
